How many days inadvance do I have to place my order?

Limited slots are opened for the upcoming week. Recommended to place your order at least 2 days inadvance

What do I do when I receive the cake?

Please store it in the chiller. If you like stiffer cake, you can eat it straight out from the chiller. If you prefer creamier & softer cake, you can leave it out in room temperature for awhile before consuming it.

How do I store the cake?

You can store it in the chiller (NOT freezer!). It can last up to 5 days.

How much are your delivery charges?

• Delivery charge is $12 per location (islandwide excluding Sentosa, CBD, Marina Bay Sands, Orchard, Tuas) between 11am - 7pm
• Additional $5 charge to CBD/Marina Bay Sands/Sentosa/Tuas/Orchard
• Additional $8 charge for specific time delivery

We are unable to advise or guarantee arrival by a specific time as this is subjected to our delivery schedule

P.S. If your delivery address is to a hotel/chalet, mall, office building and other restricted zones, we will send it to the nearest car pick up/drop off area for collection and our delivery person will call prior to delivery.

What happens if our delivery arrives and no one is around to receive the cake

For all deliveries, a 10-minute onsite waiting period will apply. For any failed delivery, we will try to contact the receiver to see if we can make other arrangements within the onsite waiting period. If this is not possible, we can make arrangements to do a second delivery attempt at an additional $15, or arrange for self collection.
